REBRANDING
MoYou London's original aesthetic was funky, juvenile and bold. They featured busy backgrounds showcasing lots of products and vibrant colour palettes.
After getting into the world of gel nail strips, the brand opted for a more minimalistic and sleek style, with a more conservative use of colour, sophisticated designs, and the use of real pinup girls.


NEWSLETTER CAMPAINGS
Daily emails with different topics and target audiences that keep subscribers informed of the latest news and offers of the nail art world, generating website traffic and increasing conversion rates.

As we transitioned to out new aesthetic, we also included more live text and native Klaviyo elements to improve accessibility and deliverability.

SEGMENTATION
Using Shopify and Klaviyo's analytic tools we could identify important customer groups and separate them into segments using metrics. These could be used for automations and campaigns, ensuring subscribers always receive information that is relevant to them, lowering spam rates and improving open and click rates. We could also monitor growth and understand consumer trends better.
AUTOMATIONS
The flows (automated emails) in Klaviyo are designed following the latest style of the brand, with coherence, simplicity, and consistency as core values of the visuals.

SIGN UP FORMS
The sign up forms have also been adapted to match the new branding.
